Cute but missing promotional banner

I ordered this ribbon just in time for my daughter's party. Unfortunately, the banner was missing a letter so it couldn't be read properly, and the numbered balloons were insanely difficult to get through the straw to explode. I've used a lot of balloons in the past, it's usually not hard to pull a straw through, so to speak. Communication with the seller took several days and was a bit difficult. All in all a nice set but the cheap quality and the missing letter in the banner were a big problem.
