only worked one (1) month

We used to buy Pentek filters with great results. Not so with this filter. After two (2) weeks of use, we smelled "chlorine" again. But we thought we'd keep using it to see if it could be a bad regeneration with a water softener. Unfortunately it isn't. This filter worked hard for about two (2) weeks and that was it. We missed the return date by one (1) day and I can't find a way to contact Pentek directly anywhere on their website. Seems a shame to spend more than $50 plus no customer service seat. lesson learned
