Good taste, water miscible but not completely. You have to spin the last bit of water to use up what's left. I haven't found it made a difference in my training. Maybe it's the lack of caffeine. However, I was looking for a caffeine free pre-workout supplement as most of them have caffeine in excess. At the expense of this product, it would be better to buy another caffeinated brand and put an end to this. This product is not worth the money. Also, I found I wasn't sleeping well after taking it more than 12 hours before my workout. Because of this, I wanted the product to be caffeine free.
