Review on Ligart by Melota Phillips

I was eager to experience Ligart because I enjoy being outdoors so much. However, I was let down in a number of ways by my interactions with this firm. The primary issue is the low standard of their equipment. Unfortunately, the first time it rained after buying a canvas from Ligart, I discovered that it leaked. I contacted customer support, but they said they couldn't help me because the tent had already been used. It was disappointing that they didn't take responsibility for or stick by their products. Moreover, I was underwhelmed by the care I received as a customer. It took me a few tries to reach someone and then I felt hurried off the phone when I did. Finally, the site's design makes it cumbersome to use. Several of the connections didn't work, and it took me forever to locate the items I needed. In sum, I was not satisfied with my time spent using Ligart. Although they have a broad variety of outdoor equipment, the low quality of their products and the poor service they provide make it difficult to recommend them. I wouldn't recommend that business if you're in the market for dependable outdoor equipment.
