Review on IN-RGY Workforce Software by Matt Simpson

I like that it is easy for new people in our organization as well as those who are more experienced with HRIS systems to navigate the system quickly. We have been able to find several problems we were having and address them quite easily. The program has also allowed us to see where there might be room for improvement which allows me to make better decisions about future projects. It would help if they had some sort of mobile version or app so you could use your device anywhere at anytime. Also, I wish the software was compatible with my calendar instead of using Google Calendar. This makes tracking all staff appointments much easier. It keeps track of all time off requests including vacation days, sick day's etc.
