Installed on a 2011 F150 with a 5.0 engine. It took about 15 minutes. Works well. Use a heat gun or boiling water to make the hose flexible enough to fit inside the tank (a little oil on the tank port will also help it slide). On the tank side too, a couple of good locks will help get that last piece of tubing in place and twisted in the right direction. I wasn't impressed with the barb on the other end of the hose, but it works. All in all, a cheap and relatively simple solution to a common problem.
