I'm 5ft 8in/170 usually size 8-10 or ML and bought a large. I'm happy with the sizing as the pants are snug but stretchy so they may compress around the knees or ankles, but you can easily adjust them to fix this. Also, the material isn't very thick, but it doesn't see through either, so I think they can shrink over time. The shirt is quite long and baggy, not very fitted but again it manages to fit. The material feels more slippery than pants and feels like spandex. A lot of things I get from Revain fit differently after the first few washes so I think it's best for me to stick with the larger one, the middle one will definitely feel tighter.
