I bought these and a UPF rash guard because I’m tired of sunburns in missed sunscreen places. It takes less than 15 mins for me to start burning. Even on the hottest day they are ok. They dry super quickly on your body. You could probably order a size down but you’d compromise comfort and not change the look of them on your body
