We really like this product. My husband just installed it and he doesn't consider himself a jack of all trades. We keep cat food, trays etc in our main bathroom. We wanted to be able to close our bedroom door without locking the cats in. Now we want to prevent dogs from going to the toilet. The reason one star is missing is because we ordered a second one and it came with a portal but no screws or covers. We followed the return instructions and received our refund straight away. When we decided it was an accident we ordered another one. It came in two days but without screws and covers. I would be happy if you simply send back the missing parts, but I only see one return option. So I added a note that they only send the missing parts. I am waiting for an answer.
