I expect the MEDIUM Plus Faraday Bag Cage to jam as advertised and can't test it for megahertz anyway. My comment is only about the size. I have an Iphone 12 Pro Max and according to the size chart it should be very roomy. I bought it doubtful the small size would work, although the number suggested it could. This medium-sized pouch is neither transparent nor flimsy. It's extremely durable, well made and closes easily with little use (now I have to push the magnets together). But you have to know that the 12 Pro Max "barely" fits. I understand this is the largest phone so 90% of phones find the case roomy. I'm writing this to reassure other Pro Max owners that it works, but not with the little one. The bag isn't huge or anything. It's just a 'shape' and physically acts like a premium mattress around any phone placed inside.
