Overall good product. I use this with a Lenovo 9i 14" laptop. It connects to two 1080p 60Hz monitors, a gigabit network cable and charges the laptop. Build quality is above average but unlike my other metal USB Dongle from Anker it feels like plastic. The temperature is well controlled. not hot to the touch. If it doesn't work perfectly, try UPDATING your graphics driver MANUALLY. Here is my shop if it helps. At first I found it works fine with two external monitors, but with only one external monitor (either via HDMI or Displayport) the connection is very unstable, the intermediate screen goes black.
