**Updated September 29, 2021** Withdrawal: The seller made contact and understood the situation very well. After some communication and another delivery I was finally able to get a working product and use it. This time there were no problems, the product works very well. It does a great job of circulating air and cleaning up any lingering odors. I even started sleeping better at night. I'm inclined to buy another one for the top floor of the house, but I'll wait another month or so to make sure there aren't any reliability issues. The item has arrived in excellent condition. Relatively light and the filter appears to be of good quality. After reading the instructions and plugging in the device, I waited for a beep to indicate the device was online, but nothing happened. I checked the connection, the cable, even tried several sockets where the lamps work for me and nothing happened. The device never turned on and no matter what I did, I couldn't turn on the device.
