The only thing I use it for is my 1 hour on the elliptical in the morning. The sound is great and it stays in place and doesn't fall or fall out of my ears. There are 4 pairs of headphones (good because I have weird ears and actually use 2 different sizes). My only complaint is the battery life which is around 5 hours but for the price I can live with that. I should note - I asked the following questions before purchasing and the answers were WRONG... You can't download multiple playlists (it plays songs in the order you download them and doesn't recognize playlists). There's no menu (or any sort of display) to see what's playing, and you can't see any song information. Since I only use it for an hour a day, I only download songs when I want to change them, so I don't really care. However, if you want to download hundreds of songs, you have to upload them one by one to get to the songs you want to listen to.
