
I liked how it could generate queries that would be useful in terms of performance optimization, especially when combined with other tools such as Redgate ANTS or SQL Sentry.

It can also work well with SSMS itself if you're familiar with using the query editor. The price tag is high compared to similar products available out there but I have no issues paying for something that has potential to help me solve my problems at times like these. Currently we use SQL planer mainly for generating scripts that will enable us to tune our databases once they are online.
