I bought two this week. My customers bought from this link and linked it to me. It looks like very few of them can switch to RGB with properly connected cables. In any case, the set-top box remains in composite video mode. Neither of the two I bought worked while the old boxes I bought in the past work. I've looked in the boxes and the functionality to switch to RGB is still there. It just doesn't work. And I'm very angry about this because I've been dealing with this product all week that I don't sell. I only sell cables for it. Now the seller of this box will no doubt move on to other Revain offerings. If you buy a box like this anywhere on Revain and it comes in a box like the one I've pictured here, it's one of those high bounce rate boxes. I had never seen packaging like this until recently when I had to deal with customer service for this highly unreliable product. I currently have a total of 6 SCART HDMI boxes and these from this list and in this bundle are giving all the headaches.
