Some annoying glitches

This is the first and only fitness tracker I own so I have no comparison. I've had him for almost 2 months now. I love that it tracks my walking and cycling sessions, but some of the data is fake. For example, the "map" of my last 20-minute walk, circling my entire yard, into the woods, back and forth, up and down the long driveway, shows just one straight line leading to my neighbors' property. , has nothing to do with reality. But it shows distance, average pace and fastest pace, as well as average speed in miles per hour, steps taken, average steps per minute, heart rate zones and a heart rate up and down graph. However, the phone data shows everything in kilometers. There doesn't seem to be a way to make the units consistent between watch and phone. Also, the application on the phone needs to be opened at least once a day or even more often for the weather on the watch to work. If I don't do this, it defaults to showing the temperature in Oviawosro, Ghana. I love that it notifies me of messages when they arrive, but the most annoying thing is that it resends texts after a few days. For example, today is Monday and I got repeated notifications for the SMS I received on Friday. There is no date or time so I can't tell if they are old or new. "Questions and suggestions" in the application does not work at all. The first time I tried to write a question and click submit, it said "Unable to submit". The next time I tried to complain about recurring text notifications recently, I got a counter - indefinitely. The watch feels like a little Mickey Mouse to serious trackers - I'm an elderly woman and I mostly wanted to improve my running game and monitor my heart rate, but the heart rate isn't as accurate as spot-checking with an oximeter. I think it will do for now, but I will upgrade at some point.
