No velcro and no storage sleeve.
Umbrella works well as described. What worries me is that it doesn't have the classic velcro strap I've ever had, nor a sleeve to hold it like most umbrellas, except for the clear plastic sleeve. . came in this crack on the first day. I think you get what you pay for.
