Almost as good as hydraulic brake lines.
I am adapting a 21 speed derailleur bike for use as a motorized bike with a 4.4hp 2-stroke chainsaw engine. The motor turns the pedal crankshaft via a reduction gear system and can reach speeds in excess of 40 miles per hour. I can't afford a fully hydraulic disc brake system so I bought these brake cables. I use a hybrid hydraulic cable operated caliper and the design of these cables gives great feel and feedback under braking. These non-compression brake cables cost more than regular brake cables, but they are worth the money.
