I listened to the recommendations of Professor Savelyev and bought a trackball to work for myself (office-clerk fuss with text documents, spreadsheets by mail and a minimum of graphic editors). Generally ok. There is no excitement. Pros: Minimum area required. Fits comfortably in the hand. During the day of work, the hand does not get tired (but it did not evaporate much with a regular office mouse). Different cons: If there are hints of essential tremor and others like it, the trackball can be an inconvenient tool. ONLY right-handed configuration. There is no double-click button, which is a rather serious minus for today.
