Disappointing Tassel for Gift Wrapping

This tassel was a letdown for my arts and crafts-loving heart. The colors were dull AND the texture was flimsy. While it may be an easy addition to a graduation gift, it does not justify the price .However, the tassel did make for a quick and easy addition to my gift bag..
