Review on Logitech MK750 Wireless Keyboard Marathon by Paul Mac

I was looking for a wireless keyboard for my desktop. I considered removable batteries but settled on a solar panel believing it would be cheaper in the long run. I received the combo pack within a week of ordering which I think is good. Setup was very easy. I have a 4-port USB hub just above my cable modem. I have a merging receiver connected to one of the ports. As soon as I put the batteries in the mouse, the mouse started working. The same with the keyboard. As soon as I pulled the battery tab, the keyboard worked. Just for a test, I took my mouse to another room about 20 feet away and used the scroll function. When I checked the monitor, it was indeed scrolling. I connected a USB flashlight to a USB hub for night work. This light is more than enough to power and charge the keyboard. I had to download the solar app as suggested in the documentation to see the charge level and light levels. Depending on the distance between the light source and the keyboard, the lux values are around 90-100. I had an issue with the CAP, NUM, and SCROLL lock keys not lighting up when pressed. I did a google search for this issue and found that I need to download another app. This was not described in the documentation. After booting up, I saw that the CAP lock status (on/off) flashed briefly on the screen. I guess I'll have to get used to this and remember to hit caps lock to check the status when I've been away for a while. I really wish there was a progress bar on the keyboard for this. A small problem with my keyboard is the Sudoku game. Those who played it know that you can use Shift + Number to write numbers in any field. This feature didn't work for me. I might do further research to see if this can be resolved in any way. There can be more quirky things about the keyboard as I use it more. If so I will update. The last question concerns the delivery. I have a closed yard. I do not have a dog. The gate is about 5 meters from my porch. The package was delivered to the gate. I was lucky enough to find him there before it started raining that evening. I've seen some comments about battery life. I'll update if this becomes an issue. Quick update: Fixed sudoku issue. I was using Chrome for the first test when the problem started. I switched to Firefox and it worked.
