Pictures and videos are from my replacement that was sent. I am so angry! The replacement was worse than the original! It was completely shredded right out of the box, not to mention it was packaged upside down! I didn't even dare to connect it. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! Save money and hassle (my original review). I received my heat press a few days ago and I'm already having problems. First there were a few loose screws. The bottom plate will slide off completely if you're not careful. After warming up, there is a smell of burnt cables. Where there are wires, there is a juicy substance. Not sure what it is but it ruined a couple of shirts I was trying to sell. It also doesn't seem to keep you warm very well. The temperature gauge says yes, but the vinyl won't stick to the fabric after a few tries.
