Review on Betty Crocker BC-2809CB: Sleek and Efficient 12-Cup Digital Coffee Maker by Traci Loge

This coffee machine brews the coffee well and keeps it hot. I gave it 5 stars despite two small flaws. He gets a little noisy when he finishes his cycle. And the water level lines are hard to read. I marked them with a magic marker - the problem is solved. These minor issues were resolved by the customer service I received. Once when I was rinsing the basket, the spring-loaded valve to stop the flow if you poured an early cup broke. I took out the domed part and the spring but couldn't find the rubber gasket. I called support and got very quick and pleasant help. The rep said he would send a replacement (from Ontario) and apologized. It hasn't arrived yet (post is SLOW at the moment) and in the meantime we found a pad on the ground. We're making great coffee again. Customer service is very important! We recommend this coffee maker.
