    DEFECTIVE within five weeks

    Product worked perfectly for four weeks. The rear window was closed on July 30, on August 2 problems with the coffee maker began. It took me 45 minutes to make four cups of coffee TWO days in a row and I make ten cups at a time.

    I should have read the reviews before buying this coffee maker

    Bought a few months ago. Everything was very good. A few days ago I was washing the brew basket when the bottom part broke off. I've searched the internet to find a replacement but no luck. Now this useless machine sits on my desk. I need to buy another coffee maker but it won't be Betty Crocker.

    A poorly designed pot will spill when poured.

    The coffee maker works well but the cup itself is not made properly. It is impossible to pour water from a pot into the container without the water running down the entire wall of the pot and wetting the counter. We've never had a coffee pot that did that. It is very frustrating to wipe up spilled water every time you pour water into the coffee maker.

    Good coffee maker for the money

    The coffee maker works well. We used to have a pretty expensive coffee maker that cost over $100 more than this one. While the other brand seemed more significant in terms of weight and display, the features are essentially the same. I still use the timer as always and the coffee tastes the same. I've come to a point in my life where I'm less impressed with big-name brands than with functionality and practicality. I also bought 2 more Betty Crocker 12 cup coffee makers for our office break…

    Poorly made.

    I would like to start by saying the coffee was delicious. Yes the coffee maker worked fine but the coffee temperature wasn't hot enough. The reason I only give this product one star is because of the poor build quality. The clock was broken. I could neither set the time nor use the programming. Very cheaply made. It looked like a toy. I understand that this is not an expensive coffee maker. While there are some great value features, they didn't work. They should disable features and charge $15.

    This coffee machine brews the coffee well and keeps it hot. I gave it 5 stars despite two small flaws. He gets a little noisy when he finishes his cycle. And the water level lines are hard to read. I marked them with a magic marker - the problem is solved. These minor issues were resolved by the customer service I received. Once when I was rinsing the basket, the spring-loaded valve to stop the flow if you poured an early cup broke. I took out the domed part and the spring but couldn't find the

    I've only been using it for a week but so far so good. I bought a very expensive coffee maker about a year ago. About 3 months later it leaked somewhere. I didn't keep the packaging or the receipt so it's in the trash. Then I bought the cheapest coffee maker Target had. It was a pain, it didn't have a brew preset and it took about 15 minutes to brew 8-9 cups! This one is fast and has a timed brew that I like. I want the outage to last a little over two hours.
