Review on Betty Crocker BC-2809CB: Sleek and Efficient 12-Cup Digital Coffee Maker by Rachel Massine

I've only been using it for a week but so far so good. I bought a very expensive coffee maker about a year ago. About 3 months later it leaked somewhere. I didn't keep the packaging or the receipt so it's in the trash. Then I bought the cheapest coffee maker Target had. It was a pain, it didn't have a brew preset and it took about 15 minutes to brew 8-9 cups! This one is fast and has a timed brew that I like. I want the outage to last a little over two hours. It can be 2.5 or 3. It's also very sensitive when you turn on timed brewing. Make sure you can see the blue light when you press the button twice or it will start brewing right away. I also used an old reusable filter with a mesh on the bottom. Not sure why the one supplied only has net sides - maybe it makes the coffee better. I think I'll try and see.
