Wow, I'm so disappointed and annoyed. The quality and condition of the strap is unacceptable. I'll start by saying the package was delayed by 2 weeks. Due to COVID-19 I was quite willing to wait a week to receive it. However, 2 more weeks after that is not acceptable. When I received the package, the paper material around it was rough and sticky. The condition of the strap was the worst: • The leather was badly bent • It was scratched and had many permanent dents • The stitching came undone • The blue leather was scratched and peeled * The pictures don't lie. Very dissatisfied with the overall situation and the condition of the watch strap.
