Terrible App

[UPDATE:] With additional clarification from the seller, this app finally works: Don't pair in the Bluetooth menu, just open the app and connect there. I'm not sure if it was worth it. The app is really terrible. It has a simple mode (simple text labels) and a complex mode (shapes, photos, text). Some selected fonts do not print well. Adding a photo is useless as it is small. And I'm not sure if I clicked something in the app or if it just pops up every time you use it, but there's a huge popup ad trying to sell you a label for like a hundred bucks. Making things. No! The app is also completely unintuitive to use, so while it looks like a kid's toy, it will surely frustrate most kids. The simple mode, which prints simple text labels, is not so simple. Go into complex creation mode and it's not at all obvious that you have to click to go back to simple text entry. Aggravation! [ORIGINAL]: The app has been downloaded on several Apple devices (both old and brand new), but when trying to pair with this printer via bluetooth, the message "D30 Pro is not supported" appears and that's it . In the App Store, several users comment on the same thing. Asked a question about the App Store and Revain, but no answer yet. Looks cute and I was looking forward to giving up my old brother P-Touch but apparently not!
