I was very happy that the goods were sent quickly enough. Installing Windows is an absolute turn off, especially if you don't have an existing account - no fault of the manufacturer/shipper. However my two cons are that you have to buy extra items for storage as this device doesn't really come with much software and was advertised as a laptop but when I got it it was a laptop. That means it really does look like a tablet. It's very easy. You need to make additional purchases to fully open and use programs like Google. I bought this item for my son to access the internet through google for school. We're going to add some extra space so he can use it properly. For Oris this is not a bad buy.
