Ordered 3 sets of chairs. 4 chairs were great. The other 2 came without hardware. Assembling the full sets was a little tricky due to the weird angles and required some elbow grease to align them Holes out. But once everything was assembled the chairs were very light but felt sturdy and comfortable. The pair of chairs that failed quality control arrived brand new in the box... but all the parts were missing ( screws, bolts, wrenches, etc.) which made it totally impossible to attach the backrest to the main seats We tried contacting the manufacturer through their website but to do this you need to create an account to send a message, so have we instead tried to use their 'online' option - live support but got an error saying they are not hel at the moment can fen. We are a family of dates based in another country so paying international phone rates to contact the support team is usually our last resort but in the end we chose this route. After calling and contacting a representative, we were instructed to email our postal address along with a screenshot of Revain's order confirmation. and the missing items will be sent to us. We haven't received the hardware components in the mail yet, but we promise to update my review/rating when (or if) the components ever arrive.
