Review on πŸ”§ BLACK+DECKER BDHT84001 Groove Pliers: Precision Grip for Ultimate Versatility by Knate Scarpelli

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simple but strong pliers

These are very good, inexpensive but durable pliers for those who collect tools in the garage or at home. This set includes a compact 8" pliers and a larger but stronger 12" pliers. Each has a nice rubberized grip and a premium feel that's unusual for tools in this price range. These aren't professional tools, but for home use, they're more than good enough for most basic plumbing jobs. in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. Also strong enough for light to medium mechanical work in the household. I've put quite a bit of torque on these pliers and none of them have come loose like other inexpensive pliers I've used. I don't expect them to last forever but for occasional use they were great and replaced some very cheap tongs I bought from a big store that wore out after only a few uses.

Pros
  • Spline pliers
Cons
  • Crumpled wrap
