Perfectly Neon in Hair Color Products
This color is incredibly pigmented and I'm very happy with it. I was really surprised as I was expecting it to be a soft yellow like many neon yellows, but this material turned out to be a pure neon yellow highlighter. I even diluted the color a bit with conditioner. I personally didn't like how my hair turned out (shown in the picture) but because of other dyes, not yellow, which have incredible pigmentation. I recommend this color to anyone looking for a neon yellow color. Note. : My hair was on level 10 (blonde) when I applied the color.
