I've only had this unit for a few weeks but so far so good! I recently bought an old house with a basement, so my inspector recommended I buy a commercial dehumidifier so I can control the humidity down there. I compared this to the smaller model and decided to proceed with this one as it included a pump and a very long drain hose that was the perfect length for me to run my washing machine drain line. Otherwise I'd have to buy a separate pump or be prepared to drain it every day, which I find silly. I would rather spend the extra money on this model. Other reviewers have mentioned difficulties with the app so far. My only problem was signing up and it took a very long time to get the activation email. Everything else went smoothly. If I run into any issues I'll update this review, but so far so good! My basement is much drier and more bearable.
