I love this camera! I hesitated between this and the Neo 90 for a long time, but decided that this camera suited my style better. The first one I received broke within a day because the LCD screen froze for no reason. I tried to solve the problem by calling Fujifilm US but they couldn't help me and advised me to return the product. I returned it and the seller was great, helped me and refunded my money. I've reordered a second time and still haven't had any issues with the camera. I've attached a video of the frozen screen and I can't do anything about it. I've had the second one for 2 weeks now. It took a while to figure out the QR code/sound recording but as long as you are connected to your phone in the app while printing, your image will be uploaded to the app with sound. You can then download it if you wish. The SD card works and the camera case is what I was looking for. If there is any doubt about buying this product I would say no! This makes a great gift for anyone and the picture quality is way better than the affordable bulky Instax mini cameras! Images are well lit (if you use the light to your advantage when taking photos) and printing images from your phone is just as good. A digital transfer from an SD card to a computer is great, and a digital copy is just like a snapshot from a regular digital camera. Image quality does not reflect well on the camera's LCD screen, but looks fine on a computer monitor. All films work and arrived safely. I have ordered more for future use! I love it so much and I hope others enjoy it as much as I do!
