This is a beautiful and highly absorbant towel! The blue design reminded me of a pool of water while I was sweating it out in yoga. I washed it in my bathtub before first use; no issue with bleeding or holding together. It holds a ton of sweat (perfect for hot yoga). It isn't quite long enough to cover both corners on my yoga mat- so I just use the corners at the front of the mat and that worked fine. The same style towels cost 3x as much at the yoga studios I've been to- would gladly purchase or recommend this one. Also, the texture of the towel was good for grip purposes. I've used a beach towel in yoga before and it was a tad slippery. Finally, it rolls up nicely so I can fit it, mat, and 2 big water bottles in my yoga bag.
