the temperature fluctuates between 50 and 70 degrees higher than indicated.

The temperature difference is very large (+50 - +70) but is constant and can therefore be fine-tuned. I have two of these ovens with the same temperature issues.

Pros

PORTABLE COOKING - With PIC Flex you can cook outside of the kitchen. With a lightweight and compact design, you can take the PIC almost anywhere. As long as you have access to an outlet, you can cook in your backyard, RV, campsite, and more. It even has 3 power levels: 600, 900 and 1300W, so you can cook with limited power or with more than one appliance on the same socket.
