Review on Herbtonics by Dale Sundet

I hate to say it, but I had a less than positive experience with the Herbtonics online shop. My purchase was a huge disappointment, despite their claims that they only use natural, high-quality products. First of all, I had trouble navigating their website and kept getting lost in the merchandise pages. And even when I did locate what I was searching for, the descriptions were not thorough enough. But when my purchase was delivered, I was really let down. Some of the goods were even past their expiration dates, and the packaging was poor and damaged. When I contacted their customer service department for assistance, I received sluggish responses and useless information. Without a doubt, I won't be placing another purchase from Herbtonics. Really, it's a shame because I had high expectations for this business. My encounter, however, was a huge letdown.
