I spent the morning testing my combination before a big trip and it worked PERFECTLY. HOWEVER - when I got to my hotel room late at night and tried to unlock my luggage, it didn't work. I couldn't open it. The combination will not work. Tried the combo I used in the morning (when it worked SO well), nothing. I tried to move the little numbers left or right a bit to get to where I could open this thing. Nothing. I was trying to find out if they have a support service that could tell me how it's possible to unlock it. They could only be reached via email. Not exactly ideal if you have to climb into a suitcase. I ended up having to go to the hardware store and buy wire cutters. Needless to say, wire cutters are VERY EFFECTIVE for picking this lock. Would not use or buy again due to the anxiety and stress it caused.
