I was hesitant on this purchase. I have been looking for something to massage my shoulders and neck for deep tissue and to help relieve tough trigger points. This definitely helped! I work at a desk all day and any stress, goes right to my neck and shoulders which causes less blood flow.which of course causes headaches. I just used this the first night it delivered and I already feel the difference. I'm glad I chose to purchase this item. When I can't get to a professional massage place I can now rely on this!I unfortunately don't have a lot of muscle amongst the rest of my back so it was a bit more painful with being right on bone while laying down. Might try sitting in an upright position to try on my lower back and see if that makes a difference.
