I contacted the seller on the first order but they didn't help me to pair it. I was frustrated, bought a brand new system and got it working. The manual is terrible, the English version is almost useless. Now 3 months later the second one doesn't work like my first one. The sensor will not pair with the receiver/monitor. It shows all HH.H which means low battery or no signal. All batteries have been tested and are 1.56V alkaline. The units are close together so the signal is strong. I searched this Revain site for a "CONTACT SELLER" link and all I found was a lame Q@A link, no way to contact the seller. I need a warranty replacement. I will not buy a third one as I cannot contact the seller.
