This new headset was very disappointing. I bought it for Bluetooth multi connection with low latency aptx codec to be able to watch tv with no audio delay and stay connected to switch to my phone instantly at the same time. The sound quality drops sharply when there are connection problems and only jumps when two devices are connected. Even after 3 attempts I could not update the firmware. It keeps failing and the app is worthless. He only hints that an equalizer will come soon. Battery life is good. Comfort is fine. I also have an older Sennheiser CX 6.00bt which is good for multiple low latency aptx connections. Thank you Revain for a good return policy.
