A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

Two headsets, the Sennheiser CX350BT and the Sony WI-XB400, emerged as clear frontrunners after much speculating. Integrating AptX was a top priority. Hence, the CX350BT was picked since it best met the requirements. Sound quality was a minor letdown after the purchase. It lacked the heft that I was hoping for in the bass department. Later on, I learned that the XBASS enhancements on the Sonys would make me quite happy with their audio quality; but, they do not support AptX, do not have…

Pros
  • Acoustics and vocals captured via a microphone.
Cons
  • Use the Sennheiser Smart Connect mobile application. The equalizer in the app is straightforward and easy to use in some respects, but unsatisfactory in others; a traditional equalizer provides little relief because of its limited customization options.

Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

Usage experience. Battery. I was taken aback by the fact that despite the headphones' compact size, the battery remains in excellent condition. I go on extended journeys. 10 hours of connection time, with an additional 5-6 hours of listening time, it helps me stay calm, I still had plenty for the way back, and I charge them once every two days. But in this case, everything is determined entirely by the screenplay; I'm not used to listening to music at its highest volume, but it can entertain…

Pros
  • Sound that is well-balanced and of excellent quality; a lengthy working life; a compact design; a decent microphone; a rapid connection; volume; sound insulation that is adequate; a solid assembly; nonetheless, as is customary with Shanghaiers, high-quality wires; AptX codec support
Cons
  • They make every effort to retreat, and in point of fact, there is nothing that can stop them. If even a small portion of the ear pads are damp, the headphones will not fit securely in your ears and will fall out of your ears frequently. However, the importance of the ear pads is not in the pads themselves; rather, the battery and the control panel are suspended from the pads.

A normal product, however, does not fully match the description.

I went from the most affordable wired headsets, which are no longer for sale, to this one. The upper ones and the clean air are much more pleasant in compared to them. Yet, the midsection is underwhelming in compared to MOMENTUM since it makes the stage presence less apparent. This issue can be somewhat resolved, but not at the MOMENTUM level, by lowering the bass and highs in the proprietary equalization program by a few dB. Momentums do not have such high frequencies because of this. The bass

Pros
  • Using a smartphone improves the sound and microphone quality
Cons
  • When used with Slack on a MacBook, the call quality is terrible, the centre is sinking, and the ergonomics are not optimized.

Useless headphone product

Hi guys, this product is new on the market so the equalizer doesn't work. I think without them there is no bass at all. Only the highs were great, everything else was decent at best! Although communication with Android was good.

  • Few competitors

The in-ear headphones aren't $99

I bought them because of the brand name thinking the quality would be great but charging $99 for them is just that terrible because of the build quality. As mentioned in the previous review, they have no BASS. The app is not yet supported by Equalizer. DO NOT BUY unless it is $40. Get the Aukey B80 if you want build quality and sound quality together. It's just not worth the money.

Poor sound quality when connected to 2 sources and firmware not updated

This new headset was very disappointing. I bought it for Bluetooth multi connection with low latency aptx codec to be able to watch tv with no audio delay and stay connected to switch to my phone instantly at the same time. The sound quality drops sharply when there are connection problems and only jumps when two devices are connected. Even after 3 attempts I could not update the firmware. It keeps failing and the app is worthless. He only hints that an equalizer will come soon. Battery life is

Headphone quality issue

I like the sound quality (good) and the controls (easy to reach). I used a similar pair of headphones from Jabra before switching to Sennheiser. Sennheiser is definitely better than Jabra in these two qualities. And I thought it was a good move to switch to Sennheiser until he died a few days ago - he literally refused to start. This is disappointing as I bought the buds in mid-May 2021, just over a month ago. I think anyone considering buying these headphones should consider one thing…

Balanced sound quality at a reasonable price

I bought these because I wanted a pair of Bluetooth headphones for music and business calls. I've always liked the sound quality of Sennheiser products and they don't disappoint. The music is well balanced with clear vocals and rich bass. I haven't played with the last update that added an equalizer to the app, but I plan to do so simply because I love playing with things like this. But I'm absolutely satisfied with the sound as it is. As for the bass of these headphones, I was initially…
