I like the sound quality (good) and the controls (easy to reach). I used a similar pair of headphones from Jabra before switching to Sennheiser. Sennheiser is definitely better than Jabra in these two qualities. And I thought it was a good move to switch to Sennheiser until he died a few days ago - he literally refused to start. This is disappointing as I bought the buds in mid-May 2021, just over a month ago. I think anyone considering buying these headphones should consider one thing: moisture or sweat gets into these headphones through some openings on the control panel. These headphones are waterproof at best. Certainly not waterproof. Carrying a pair around your sweaty neck while jogging, for example, is definitely not a good idea. The local Sennheiser representative responded quickly to my repair request. And that's reassuring.
