Review on Sennheiser CX 350BT Wireless Headphone: Bluetooth 5.0, 10-Hour Battery, USB-C Fast Charging, Virtual Assistant Button - White (CX 350BT White) by Dora Feldstein

I bought these because I wanted a pair of Bluetooth headphones for music and business calls. I've always liked the sound quality of Sennheiser products and they don't disappoint. The music is well balanced with clear vocals and rich bass. I haven't played with the last update that added an equalizer to the app, but I plan to do so simply because I love playing with things like this. But I'm absolutely satisfied with the sound as it is. As for the bass of these headphones, I was initially hesitant to buy them based on some reviews stating that bass didn't exist. While I don't primarily listen to bass-heavy music, I like to know that the bass is there. I decided to trust the Sennheiser brand and give it a try and I'm glad I did. The most important factor to consider when reading audio quality ratings is the source the music is coming from. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned in most reviews. For example, the sound from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) is significantly better than my wife's phone (Moto X4) which uses the same song and music service. Samsung has better audio processing capabilities, so the same song sounds better. I see this as a potential factor for people complaining about the lack of bass. Also, make sure you're using the best headphones for your ears. The snug fit on your ear greatly improves the bass you hear. A lot of this is personal preference too, so I'd try them out and rate for myself. I only have 2 complaints about these headphones: 1. The cord lies unevenly across my shoulders, shifting weight to the left which tends to pull the bud out of my left ear. 2. The charging port cover is difficult to open and difficult to fully close after opening. Not the worst in the world and that's why I gave the comfort a 4 instead of a 5. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great sound quality at a reasonable price.
