This is a revised review. When I first received this keyboard, I really liked it. It's convenient to tap on and the ability to connect to multiple devices is handy. But it had one very serious drawback: typing was very inconsistent, sometimes two or even three key presses were inserted (e.g. typing "Hello" could come out more like "Hello" or "Hello"). I contacted support via email and they quickly sent me a replacement but even with the replacement I had the same issue. I connected it to 3 different Macs and iPads but they all had the same issue. And if the problem is with the keyboard's Bluetooth connection, then unfortunately the keyboard can't actually function as a physically connected device despite being charged via a USB cable. It only works wirelessly. I ended up getting an Apple Magic Keyboard which works great and I already had a Logitech K810 which still works great with my iPad. In the past Macally products have always competed with Apple products in quality but at a much lower price but I wouldn't recommend this latest keyboard to anyone. What's good about a keyboard that doesn't type what you actually type?
