I got a new Canon EOS Rebel as a Christmas present and after taking some family photos I printed a few and the colors were off. I cleaned the printhead and even did a printhead alignment just to be sure, but the colors were still terrible. I have a Canon I960 photo printer and have never had any problems. Then I realized I was trying to save a few bucks and bought "bulk ink" to refill my cartridges. I then ordered a set of 6 Canon kits and it arrived today. I then printed out the family photo on 4 X 6 Plus Glossy photo paper with "bulk ink" and, as expected, it came out lousy. I then replaced the ink with new Canon cartridges and printed the same photo. Oh my god what's the difference. It looked like a professionally edited photo again. I've learned my lesson. When you print photos, stick with Canon inks. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!
