This case made me love the Google Pixel Slate even more! When I first bought my Pixel Slate, I really wanted a tablet. not some hybrid with the keyboard attached and cumbersome to fold into a position where the keyboard is face down on a desk; Dust and random dirt accumulate right on the keys themselves. I also didn't want to have a detachable keyboard/case where the keyboard only works when plugged in. Google Pixel Slate met all my needs! I couldn't find a protective cover. The Google Store was useless, both due to a lack of options and a complete lack of stock. Searching for Revain also yielded very few options. This case is exactly as advertised and actually exceeded my expectations. The materials and look of the case itself are of a quality that I feel offers more than enough protection. The sturdy case also allows me to hold the tablet comfortably. One last thing: as mentioned, I also removed the protective film from the display by pulling it off with pliers.
