This can make watching the news channel bearable. He does exactly what he says and does it well. I put 2 pieces of closed cell foam on the back to make it less slippery - see photo. I would less on the left and raise on the right, but that's just me. I would also allow doing 1 minute intervals instead of 30 seconds - no big deal. They can last anywhere from 30 seconds to 4 minutes depending on how many clicks you give. Get one of these for every TV.
