
The first time I used them was to bake cookies at 350 degrees and they warped in the oven. It didn't harm the cookies, but it's annoying as I think they were oven safe up to 400 or 425, which I take to keep them from warping. I love refrigerated shelves. After cooling, they returned to their normal shape. I just can't find baking sheets that don't warp. I don't understand how they stand the test of time when they deform every time I use them. I've used them twice more for baking at 350 and each time they warped. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on it. So if you want to keep pans from warping, look elsewhere.
