The ability for me as an account manager/support rep is flexibility of being able to work remotely from any location or at home which means I can balance my personal time & career effectively! Also great benefits like PTO + vacation are available along w/healthcare+401k options so no worries about getting sick or not having money saved up when you start working there (which happens sometimes). There isn't much dislike just some things we need better training classes but it all works out eventually. So far nothing really dislikes only minor stuff such has slow loading times etc., overall good experience though since our IT department hired them they have been very helpful even going above what was expected due too us needing help after hours support during off season months. I like the ease of use and the support. The pricing is fair. I haven't found anything I dislike yet. I like that it's easy to connect to my email and that it is a good email client. I would like to see integration with other applications like Google Drive and Slack. I also would like to be able to use my contacts and calendar with it. It is a good email client. I use it to send out newsletters to my clients and to communicate with them.
