I like that Viscopic can be used for many different industries with many different applications. It's not easy to get started using this software but once you have it installed you'll realize how great it is. I dislike that the software isn't as user friendly as I would have liked. There are some things you have to figure out yourself which could make the process easier for someone new. When using Viscopic, there are so many options and ways to use it it's hard to decide where to start. For our company we decided to start with our customers and helping them learn how to use our products. This has helped us understand their needs better and what functions are needed.
